Thanks to 4Kids, there are NO good dubs. Sure. Some shows may seems to be 99% accurate to the source material, but thanks to 4Kids' dubbing, that show that was dubbed (by another company no less) just seems bad thanks to being in the same language as 4Kids' show.

one question, who dubbed Naruto? Cause the show is pretty good, but the voice acting is horrible.
some of the shows don't seem bad though, FMA has pretty good voice actors. Asaka on Evageneon is annoying though... she needs another less winy voice.

Funimation has good dubs. Look at FMA And DBZ. It was kind og good. Also Yu Yu Hakusho

While I don't mind reading subtitles, I sometimes like to listen to a show in my native language (pretty crazy, I know).
Full Metal Alchemist was dubbed well. Funimation actually went back and redubbed the earlier episodes of Dragon Ball Z (I think they may or may not have added in some of the scenes that were removed when first dubbed it).
The shows that are dubbed for little kids shows time slots, almost always get butchered (especially if the show was meant for older kids to teenagers or older). Cartoon Network's Adult Swim gets better dubbing than regular Cartoon Network, because the shows have content that could potentially scare little kids, but since the kids are NOT supposed to be awake at those times, the dubs can keep some of their more mature (not mature as in 17+, but as in not dumbed down for 6-) themes.
