Ok. You know how to do this. I modded some of the rules so it would be fair. Everyone who has signed-up get 2 action points so they can do Hurt x2, Heal x2, or Hurt x1 - Heal x1.
People who haven't signed-up can still play but they only get 1 action point so they either Hurt x1 or Heal x1. (Why? Because it will be unfair to get a huge attack from people who haven't signed up and have them at full power)
Can only post 1 time every hour.
You have to post full roster when you do something or it won't count.
Can't heal yourself aswell (duh)
