Got to love the bad VAing in DW. And the complete lack thereof in ROTK. I mean - grab 700 people off the street, and get them to say a few lines. Not hard... I'd volunteer! |

I played the demo of Dynasty Warriors 3 at Target as Zhao Yun (I think). I didn't have any idea what it was, all I knew was that game was awesome. A few months later, my friend told me he was trying to get rid of a game, so he let me have it. The game was Dynasty Warriors 3. I picked Zhang He as my first character (I thought the claws looked cool) and proceeded to kick ass.

I used to live a housish apartment. I became the friend of the landlord's son (who was like 3 years older). He had a modded PS2 on which he played illegal burnt Japanese games. One day he invited me to play DW3, in Japanese! I had fun, I think I played Xiahou Dun first. Or Guan Yu... He then suggested Zhou Yu and told me how he was this great warrior and how his name is Zhou Yu. then I like freaked out cause my dad used to read me ROTK as a be time story, which was wierd he especially when the fighting turned bloody....

I'll have to pull the enemy officer defeated quotes in French, German, Spanish and Italian from DW3.

there wasn't spanish or Italian in the UK version of DW3 as far as I remember anyway

PAL version languages are: English, French and German. Okay, you are right - I wonder what game I'm thinking of...
